At Shoe Style Sales, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, processing times may slightly increase.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee is $12.95. Delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS. Delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Regions

We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Please check our website for specific exclusions.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Returned within 15 days of receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • House Shoes
  • Slippers

Returns & Exchanges Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
  3. Ship Your Item: Securely package the item, include the RMA number, and ship it to the provided address.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your return/exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Process

Upon approval, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by Shoe Style Sales.
