At Shoe Style Sales, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please read the following information carefully to understand our process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product menu and website content, the following items are non-returnable:

  • House Shoes
  • Slippers

These items are considered personal hygiene products and cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Returns & Exchanges Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Ship Your Item: Package your item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Process

Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Shoe Style Sales.
